Fayetteville Public Utilities will be performing a major upgrade on our customer mail server Saturday evening, November 19th, 2011 starting at 10:30 PM CST.
We will be performing maintenance on our mail system Saturday morning starting at midnight. This work will take at least 3 hours, but may take as many as 8 to 10.

Our upstream provider seems to have fixed the issue affecting us and approximatly 36000 other customers. We have not heard back from them yet but the internet is working at this time.
Our outage has been rolled into a larger outage with our upstream provider that affects approximatly 36,000 high-bandwidth customers in the Southeast.
We are experiencing an outage that started at 12:00 noon CDT. The outage is with our upstream internet provider, and they have been notified and are investigating.
